Chad Parsons

▶️About Me:

I’m Chad Parsons and my wife Laura and I have been proud to call Corner Brook home for almost 13 years. We moved here to raise our three daughters Natalie, Hala and Lydia, and in that time, Corner Brook has given us more than we could have ever imagined. Corner Brook is a place where we can live, work, and enjoy the outdoors in a way that’s unlike anywhere else.

▶️My Experience:

I’m an operations manager in the utilities industry, but my true passion is in trail building and creating outdoor recreation opportunities. I have been the president of the West Coast Cycling Association (WCCA) for four years. Together, we’ve built a destination network of world class trails. This success comes from good planning, trusting the people around you and a shared goal for getting it done.

▶️What I Stand For:

✅Community and Recreation: Our trails and outdoor spaces are a vital part of Corner Brook. I will continue to advocate for the development of recreation and tourism opportunities that benefit residents and attract visitors. As we host the NL Games next summer I want to help Corner Brook shine.

✅Public Safety and Accessibility: It’s essential that we maintain a safe, accessible city for everyone. I’m committed to ensuring that our services meet the needs of all Corner Brook residents.

✅Partnerships and Growth: Through collaboration and trust, we’ve seen great things happen. I believe in building strong partnerships within our community, working with the city to find ways to foster growth and success. This is a place people want to live.

▶️Why I’m Running:

I’m passionate about the future of Corner Brook and want to be part of our next chapter. I’m ready to bring fresh ideas, a practical mindset, and a can-do attitude to city council. Together, we can keep Corner Brook one of the best places to live.
